Fox Rothschild LLP has announced the addition of Lori S. Kozak to the firms Los Angeles office where she will focus her attention on intellectual property, copyrights, IP litigation and trademarks. Kozac is noted for having 17 years of experience in advising intellectual property concerns and has handled a variety of trademark enforcement matters before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board of the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.
Kozak has experience in a wide variety of trademark matters, including strategic management of trademark and copyright assets, evaluating trademark clearance searches and preparing legal opinions regarding availability and drafting and negotiating trademark and copyright agreements. She has also managed large U.S. and international portfolios in a wide variety of fields including computers and technology, entertainment, multimedia, construction products, apparel, food and beverages, and health and fitness products.
