In the September 16, 2015, Federal Register, USDA's APHIS proposed to add to its inventory of records a system of records titled the "Animal Disease Traceability Information System, USDA-APHIS-16," to maintain records of activities conducted pursuant to APHIS's mission and responsibilities authorized by the Animal Health Protection Act, which include disease control, among others. Comments are due October 16, 2015, and unless modified to respond to comments the rule will become effective October 26, 2015.
