As the keynote speaker at the eighth annual National Clean Energy Summit in Las Vegas, President Obama unveiled a series of new executive actions intended to promote more clean power projects across the country. Among other key initiatives, the Administration announced $1 billion in new loan guarantee solicitations for distributed energy projects that use innovative technologies.
