Kenneth Rosenberg was quoted in the New Jersey Law Journal article "Essex Assignment Judge Costello Set to Retire March 1." Full text can be found in the January 14, 2015, issue, but a synopsis is below.

Essex County Assignment Judge Patricia Costello announced that she plans to retire as of March 1, 2015.

Kenneth Rosenberg explained that "whether it has involved addressing the judicial vacancy crisis, managing our vicinage's busy court docket or resolving various daily court administration issues, Judge Costello has always worked tirelessly with the ECBA to ensure that Essex County's courts deliver justice in a timely and fair manner. Her sage advice, calming demeanor and diligent work ethic will surely be missed not only by her staff and judicial brethren and the attorneys who appear in Essex County's courts, but also the public."

Rosenberg says he has many fond memories of working with Costello during his time as Essex County Bar Association President since she swore him in last April. "She was gracious and warm and made my wife and kids feel welcome during the ceremony," he noted.
