Not only does Cohen keep readers entertainingly informed of the trends and issues associated with workplace discrimination that he discusses in Fox Rothschild's Employment Discrimination Report, he also engages them nearly every day. Cohen often answers comments and questions from his audience, even turning some into posts themselves. This is a technique usually found in smaller sized blogs, but Cohen is making it work.
