We are pleased to announce our schedule of webinars to take place in September to review the state of the law summarized in our World in US Courts publication. The one-hour webinars will address US law in fields including antitrust/competition, securities law, the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, RICO (anti-racketeering), intellectual property (patents, trademarks, and copyright), the Alien Tort Statute and related legislation, and personal jurisdiction by courts over non-US entities and people. There is no cost for participating.

Separate webinars will be presented to clients and friends of Orrick in China, Japan, France, Germany, Italy, the United Kingdom, and the US. The webinars will be in English, but in regions where English is not the native language the webinars will be co-hosted by local resident Orrick lawyers who will be available to translate questions and answers or other comments as necessary.
