The Pennsylvania Supreme Court ruled that a murder-suicide in a home does not create a material defect and does not need to be disclosed by a seller to a buyer.

"The issue at hand is a slippery slope of allowing a psychological stigma to impact the value of a property," said Abraham Reich.
