On June 23, 2014, the Delaware Supreme Court entered three
separate orders modifying Delaware Supreme Court Rules 2(b),
15(a)(iii), 16(c), 69(b), and Supreme Court Internal Operating
Procedure V(1)(a)(i). The amendments become effective July 1,
2014. The announcement of these rule changes, and the
implementing orders, can be read in their entirety here.
