EBA Consults On Draft RTS Relating To Advanced Measurement Approaches For Operational Risk

On 12 June 2014, the EBA launched a consultation on draft RTS
that set out the criteria for national regulators to consider
before granting a firm permission to use advanced measurement
approaches for calculating its capital requirements for operational
risk, including the minimum conditions that a firm must meet. The
draft RTS are required under the CRR. Responses to the consultation
are due by 12 September 2014.
