Pacific Gas and Electric is now accepting applications for PG&E’s Fifth Renewable Auction Mechanism Request for Offers, known as "RAM 5."

Pacific Gas and Electric (PG&E) is now accepting applications for PG&E's Fifth Renewable Auction Mechanism (RAM) Request for Offers (RFO), known as "RAM 5." The RAM 5 RFO is available to renewable electric energy generating facilities between 3 MW and 20 MW. Additional Offer qualification criteria can be found in the PG&E Protocol for the RAM 5 RFO located on PG&E's RAM 5 website.

All prospective applicants must register with Power Advocate before submitting an offer into the RFO. Only those participants that have been accepted through the Power Advocate platform will be permitted to bid into this RFO. The deadline for applicants to submit their bids into the RAM 5 RFO via the online Power Advocate website is 12:00 p.m. (noon) Pacific Prevailing Time (PPT) on Friday June 27, 2014. 

PG&E will host a Participants’ Webinar for RAM 5 on Wednesday, June 11, 2014, from 10:00 A.M to 12:00 p.m. PPT. Participants of the webinar must register for the event. Registrations will be accepted until 5:00 p.m. PPT on Monday, June 9, 2014.
