In the March 31 Federal Register, FDA
announced a guidance document entitled Guidance for the Public,
Food and Drug Administration Advisory Committee Members, and Food
and Drug Administration Staff: Public Availability of Advisory
Committee Members' Financial Interest Information and
Waivers. The guidance replaces a 2012 version and provides
forms to facilitate disclosures and potential waivers of conflicts
of interest for advisory committee members.
