ANA Responds To Request For Information On Big Data

Earlier this week, the ANA submitted its comments in response to a Federal Register Notice by the White House's Science and Technology Policy Office seeking comments from industry participants on a variety of issues related to Big Data, including the public policy implications surrounding the use, gathering, storage and analysis of Big Data. The ANA's views are shared and respected by many in the advertising industry. Government action (if any) in this space should appropriately correlate to the type of data at issue and in coordination with the ongoing efforts by the private sector to develop self-regulatory solutions.
