Robert A. Klausner was quoted in the NJ Biz article "The Future of Real Estate? Our Dynamic Dozen Gets a Say." While the full text can be found in the January 1, 2014, issue of NJ Biz, a synopsis is noted below.

As the New Year gets underway, NJ Biz sought out the opinions of a dozen real estate professionals on what the coming year may hold.

"I believe leasing activity will be more robust in 2014 than in 2013 (not a bold prediction based on the 2013 market)," said Bob Klausner. "I also believe that, as the year progresses, we may actually start seeing a slight increase in rents for office inventory for the first time in many years. Assuming interest rates stay at recent levels, I expect an active market for sales and dispositions and in refinancing. Rental housing market will continue to be strong, with a slight uptick in the 'for sale' market."
