Edited by the Board of Student Advisers at Harvard Law School, the book offers a "how to" instruction for structuring and improving legal memos, briefs, and the like. In addition, by focusing exclusively on the litigation model of dispute resolution, the book "analyzes the various stages of work" students will need to do in order to reach resolutions.
