Lottner Rubin Fishman Saul is set to join Fox Rothschild LLP effective July 1. The expansion will add 16 attorneys to Fox's Denver office which currently has four attorneys.
The new members of the Fox team will include 10 partners, Rick Rubin, Marshall Fishman, Richard Saul, Janet Perlstein, Patrick Casey, Christopher Dawes, Michael Friedman, Scott Ross, K. Harsha Krishnan and Spencer Sears. Five additional attorneys, Adam Gentile, J.P. Box, Dominic Rivers, Hilary Bloom and Joshua Greenberg, will join Fox as associates, while Alan Lottner will join as counsel.
Fox Rothschild targeted Denver for the expansion as it is one of the fastest growing cities in the country, with Mark Silow saying it has "a really good anchor" in energy and natural resources and the high-tech field.
