Mitsubishi Electric Holdings, Inc. (MEUH), Mitsubishi Electric and Electronics USA, Inc. (MEUS), and Mitsubishi Digital Electronics America, Inc. (MDEA), filed an unopposed motion to terminate MEUH, MEUS, MDEA as respondents from Inv. No. 337-TA-845, Certain Products Containing Interactive Program Guide and Parental Control Technology.  MEUH, MEUS, and MDEA argued that they should be terminated from this investigation because respondents Mitsubishi Electronic Visual Solutions America, Inc. (MEVSA) and Mitsubishi Electronic Corporation ("MELCO") are the Mitsubishi entities responsible for the relevant activities related to the accused products.  ALJ Shaw held that good cause for termination had been shown.
