On April 9th Brad Gallant will be one of two speakers who
discuss the recently (2017) revised American College of Trust and
Estate Counsel (ACTEC) Commentaries on the Model Rules of
Professional Conduct at a Connecticut Bar Association (CBA) Estates
and Probate Section Open Meeting. The ACTEC Commentaries offer a
comprehensive analysis, from the perspective of trust and estates
lawyers, of the ethical rules applicable to the legal profession.
In addition to serving as an ACTEC Regent and a member of its
Executive Committee, Gallant serves on the CBA's Standing
Committee on Professional Ethics.
