The New York City Taxi & Limousine Commission deemed theNissan NV200 the "Taxi of Tomorrow," and created a program that mandates this car in order to meet safety and comfort requirements.

Recently, a First Department Appellate Division ruled 3-1 against the U.S. Supreme Court decision that ruled the commission illegal.

Mitchell Berns with Fox Rothschild is representing the Greater New York Taxi Association as the status of the case awaits the decision of the state Court of Appeals.
