The SEC named Lindsay McCord as the new Chief Accountant for the Division of Corporation Finance (the "Division").

Recently, Ms. McCord was the Division's Acting Chief Accountant overseeing the review of disclosures from companies impacted by COVID-19. Previously, Ms. McCord was the Division's Deputy Chief Accountant. Before joining the SEC, she was an audit manager for Grant Thornton LLP.
