Approval has been obtained from the Hatfield Township Zoning Hearing Board in Hatfield Township, Bucks County, PA, to allow a day-care use by special exception. In addition, Fox also obtained multiple variances for the client, including variances from front yard building setbacks, parking setbacks and impervious coverage, to allow the development of a 10,000 square foot day-care and 4,500 square feet of retail and restaurant space.
