The FBI recently issued Apple a court order and requested that the tech giant build a "backdoor" into the iphone in order to obtain information from an encrypted cell phone belonging to one of the San Bernardino shooters. Apple has yet to create such a feature and fears that building one may put "all" iphones at risk.
"If a private company would be required to capitulate to a government demand like this, we're living in George Orwell's 1984," said Fox Rothschild's Matthew Adams.
