FINRA proposed to amend
FINRA Rule 6730 (Transaction Reporting of TRACE-Eligible
Securities) to (i) give members more time to report TRACE
transactions that are "executed to hedge a primary market
transaction," and (ii) adopt identifiers for these
transactions.
