United States Coronavirus (COVID-19)

A number of states, counties and cities have issued "stay at home" orders requiring the closure of non-essential businesses or a subset thereof (e.g., non-essential retail businesses). Our Akin Gump team is monitoring and compiling each state's respective order, guidance, and any form or information available with respect to requesting an "essential" business designation. "Social distancing" orders, if any, are included for states that do not have a "stay at home" order.

We will provide daily updates as we anticipate that many other states will issue similar orders.

A link to this tracker can also be found on the Akin Gump COVID-19 Resource Center page on the right-hand side under the "Resources" module.
