Mayor Issues Sample Notice Template For The D.C. Wage Theft Prevention Act

The sample notice referenced in the D.C. Wage
Theft Prevention Act is now available on the D.C. Department of
Employment Services' (DOES) website.
Effective immediately, employers must provide the notice to all
new employees when they are hired. Additionally, employers are
required to provide the notice to all current employees by March
27, 2015 (90 days from the Act's effective date).
Currently the notice is only available in English and Spanish.
