Jeff Sultanik was quoted in The Morning Call article "Strike Vote on Hold: Contract Negotiations to Resume in Saucon Valley." While the full text can be found in the August 20, 2014, issue of The Morning Call, a synopsis is noted below.

The teachers of Saucon Valley School District have called off their strike vote and reached out to the school board to resume negotiations.

Sultanik, the District Solicitor, said the school board is hoping this means the Saucon Valley Education Association will bring a new offer to the table. The board has no plans to submit a new proposal, he said.

"The board interprets this to mean that the association's last proposal, contrary to the position of the association, was not a 'final' proposal as advertised by the union's attorney," Sultanik said. "The board remains hopeful that the association will submit a proposal that is more consistent with the school district employment marketplace."
