Julia Swain sat down with CBS Philly to dispel the common divorce myths assumed by many.
Some of the myths Julia debunked were that assets will always be split and custody will always be granted to the children’s mother. Julia explained that while assets can sometimes be split 50/50, 11 economic-based factors are considered when determining the division of assets. In addition, 16 factors are considered when awarding custody, none of which are related to gender.
