New EEOC Pregnancy Discrimination Case Gives Life To Its General Counsel's Warning To Employers

Recently the general counsel of the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission said the agency would focus future lawsuits on the Equal Pay Act and age-related issues, adding that the EEOC is also turning its attention to pregnancy discrimination cases.
