The FTC Bureau of Competition's Premerger Notification Office ("PNO") began posting monthly totals of Hart-Scott-Rodino ("HSR") Act filings. The PNO will post these totals every six months. These postings will be made in addition to the monthly HSR transaction numbers published at the end of every fiscal year in its "Annual HSR Reports."
