The Office of Government Commerce has published the thresholds applicable from 1 January 2010 to public and utilities procurements under the Public Contracts Regulations 2006 and the Utilities Contracts Regulations 2006. The figures are updated every two years.

The relative weakness of the UK pound has led to an increase in the sterling thresholds, while the thresholds for the Euro have reduced due to the Euro's relative strength recently.

The updated thresholds from 1 January 2010 are as follows (all figures are net of VAT):
