2. 公司名称

英国私人有限公司可以选择任何名称,前提是:

  • 它是独有的:它不应与其他公司的名称相同;而且有别于公司索引上的其他名字,以及已经使用中的现有名称(例如"Mongoose Limited"将被视为等同于"Mongoose(UK)Limited")。

4. 关键管理层

董事

一家私人有限公司必须拥有至少一名16岁以上在世的个人董事,并且没有被取消担任董事的资格。

一家企业实体也能担任董事。然而,如果要委任公司董事,必须至少要有一名董事是确实存在的个人。我们建议公司至少委任两名董事,以确保其中一名董事辞职或无法担任职位时,公司还能继续营运。

5. 资本报告

No delay in exercising or non-exercise by you and/or Mondaq of any of its rights under or in connection with these Terms shall operate as a waiver or release of each of your or Mondaq’s right. If any part of these Terms is held unenforceable, that part shall be enforced to the maximum extent permissible so as to give effect to the intent of the parties, and the Terms shall continue in full force and effect.
