A single telephone helpline will be introduced to protect vulnerable workers who can report abuses to the various enforcement agencies, and there will also be an advertising campaign.

A new Fair Employment Enforcement Board with co-ordinate the work which will unite agencies covering minimum wage, health and safety and gang master.
