The UK Tier 1 Entrepreneur Visa requires investment of
£50,000 or £200,000 in a UK business. Candidates have
the option of creating their own business in the UK, or taking a
full or partnership share of an existing one.
UK Tier 1 Entrepreneur VisaThe invested funds must be freely
available as cash, and are held by a bank or other financial
institution recognized by the UK's Financial Services Authority
(FSA).
Candidates have their applications for the UK Tier 1
Entrepreneur Visa assessed using a points-based system, requiring a
score of 95 to qualify.
