The FCA published Primary Market Bulletin No. 10 on 30 January
2015 which updates UK Listing Authority's ("UKLA")
Knowledge Base with two new Technical Notes on sponsors'
compliance with competence requirements.
The first Technical Note (UKLA/TN/714.1) contains guidance on LR
8 and the level of skills, knowledge and expertise expected from
sponsors, and the responsibilities and obligations of a
sponsor.
The second Technical Note (UKLA/TN/715.1) aims to assist
sponsors, or applicants who wish to become sponsors, in considering
whether they meet, or continue to meet, the competence
requirements.
