On May 18, 2020, the United Kingdom passed a new immigration
bill that will have a significant impact on employers who rely on
talent from the European Union to fill key roles at their
organization. Starting January 1, 2021, employers seeking foreign
talent in the region will be required to obtain a sponsor
licence.
