Turkish Competition Board ("Board") decided to conduct an investigation to Turkish Pharmacists' Association for violation of article 4 (restrictive trade practices and concerted practices) of the Law number 4054 on the Protection of Competition ("Law").

As a result of the preliminary investigation carried out on the allegation that the Turkish Pharmacists' Association determines the purchase conditions of pharmacies (which is contrary to the article 4 of the Law), the Board decided to conduct an investigation to Turkish Pharmacists Association on 24 July 2019.
