Energy Market Regulatory Authority Announcement On Time Extensions Due To COVID-19 Outbreak

The Energy Market Regulatory Authority (EMRA) published an
announcement on 03.04.2020 within the scope of the measures taken
against COVID-19 outbreak.
Pursuant to EMRA's board decision dated 02.04.2020 and
numbered 9276, EMRA has granted the real persons and legal
entities, which have executed a connection agreement in regards to
unlicensed production activities with the legal entities, which are
engaged in electricity market and which own a pre-license or
production license, an additional period of 3 months for their
periodic liabilities.
