Malta and Liechtenstein have signed a Treaty for the elimination
of Double Taxation in New York on the 27 September 2013. The treaty
was signed by a visit of the ministers of Foreign Affairs of the
General Assembly of the United Nations.
The Treaty makes reference to the arbitration clause to ensure a
binding solution is achieved in the event of a dispute, thereby
creating more certainty for investors.
