Protocolo que modifica el Convenio entre el Reino
de España y el Reino de Bélgica y Convenio entre el
Reino de España y la República de Finlandia
Se ha publicado el Protocolo que modifica el Convenio entre el
Reino de España y el Reino de Bélgica tendente a
evitar la doble imposición y prevenir la evasión y el
fraude fiscal en materia de impuestos sobre la renta y sobre el
patrimonio. El objeto de este Protocolo consiste en actualizar, por
una parte, la definición de "autoridad competente"
de Bélgica incluida en el vigente Convenio de 1995 y, por
otra, la referencia a la atribución competencial de los
impuestos sujetos al régimen de intercambio de
información.
Asimismo, se ha publicado el Convenio entre el Reino de
España y la República de Finlandia para evitar la
doble imposición y prevenir la evasión fiscal en
materia de impuestos sobre la renta y su Protocolo, hecho en
Helsinki el 15 de diciembre de 2015. Entrará en vigor el 27
de julio de 2018.
