Important notification: New Electricity Regulations - Chapter 3 of the Mine Health and Safety Regulations ("the MHS Regulations"), which regulations are binding in terms of the Mine Health and Safety Act, No. 29 of 1996 ("the MHSA").

Kindly take note that on Friday, 24 April 2015, 3 (three) notices were published in the Government Gazette No. 38708 (GNR 330, 331 and 332 of 2015), in terms of which the Minister of Mineral Resources:

The abovementioned addition, repeal and promulgation have immediate effect as at the date of the publication of the abovementioned notices in the Government Gazette, that is 24 April 2015.
