Accounting for Art, Collectibles and Other Tangible Personal Property in Estate Planning." The panelists discussed potential issues and best practices associated with the disposition of tangible personal property and addressed the full arc of representation, from initial intake and conversations with clients, to purposeful and thoughtful drafting, to careful administration and final disposition of items.
