Sudevi heads Pallett Valo's Insurance Defence Group. In 2024, she was recognized byBest Lawyers in Canada"for Insurance Law.She mentors both lawyers and law students and is active with the Ontario Bar Association's Insurance Executive. Sudevi is on the Board of Directors of The Advocates' Society, a former chair of the Pallett Valo Diversity Committee, and a former president of the South Asian Bar Association (Toronto).
