NEWPORT BEACH, Calif. (March 13, 2024) – Holland & Knight advised StoneCreek Capital, an independent sponsor, in connection with an investment in U.S. Cabinet Depot (USCD), a wholesaler distributor of ready-to-assemble kitchen and bath products, alongside The Riverside Company, a global private investment firm, and MERK Capital Corporation, a private equity firm. Terms of the transaction, announced on March 11, were not disclosed.

USCD has experienced tremendous growth, and this investment will enable USCD to accelerate domestic expansion efforts.

With offices in Fort Worth, Texas, and Newport Beach, California, StoneCreek Capital is an independent private equity sponsor focused on acquiring companies with $3 million to $15 million in earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortization (EBITDA), with the ability to pursue larger transactions, in a variety of industries. Based in Marietta, Georgia, USCD sells premium quality cabinetry and related accessories at a value price point to a diversified base of kitchen and bath dealers and home builders.
