LaRue L. Robinson, a partner in Willkie's Litigation Department, has been named among the Cook County Bar Association's 2024 Next Generation honorees as one of Chicago's leading Black lawyers under 40.

The Cook County Bar Association, the nation's oldest bar association of Black lawyers and judges, recognized LaRue among the "next generation of powerhouse Black attorneys" for his achievements and leadership in the law.

LaRue focuses his practice on complex commercial litigation, class actions, employee benefits litigation, and investigations. He has significant trial experience, having formerly served as a U.S. Army prosecutor. In addition to the Cook County Bar Association accolade, he has been recognized as one of the leading litigators of his generation by Bloomberg Law and Benchmark Litigation.

The Cook County Bar Association's 2024 Next Generation honorees will be recognized at an event in Chicago on March 30.
