Today June 30, 2016 will be signed in Santiago the Joint
Declaration with the Directive for the implementation of the Patent
Prosecution Highway (PPH acronym) of the Pacific Alliance by the
authorities of Intellectual Property of the four member countries
(Chile, Colombia, Mexico and Peru).
This topic is very important for members of ADP as an
accelerated path (similar to other existing PPH) for processing
patents among members, which will ensure greater and faster
commercial traffic is generated patented technologies.
