(Servicio de Administración Tributaria or
"SAT") entered into a collaboration agreement (source document in
Spanish) to exchange tax information of data privacy offenders. Per
the agreement, SAT will provide INAI the tax returns of individuals
and entities that violate data protection laws in order for INAI to
know their economic capacity and impose relevant fines.
