On April 10, 2018, the Legislative Assembly of Mexico City approved the Law on the Protection of Personal
Data Held by Government Agencies of Mexico City (Ley de
Protección de Datos Personales en Posesión de Sujetos
Obligados de la Ciudad de México) (source document in
