Following the Employment Forum's 2013 consultation on the
Disciplinary and Grievance Procedure Code of Practice, proposals
were made to amend the current Code to make it easier for employers
and businesses of all sizes to deal with matters relating to
discipline and grievance in a fair and appropriate way.
The Jersey Minister for Social Security will shortly make an
Order approving the revised Code under The Employment (Jersey) Law
2003, meaning that the revised Code will take effect from 1 April
2014.
The summary of consultation responses, together with the revised
Code is available on the States Assembly website.
