In January, the Italian Data Protection Authority authorized a
project submitted by a multinational company. The project will
allow the company to process personal data from mobile phones

costs and evaluate the adequacy of the agreement with the telephone
service provider. However, the company must still reach agreements
with labor unions in order to achieve compliance with applicable
labor laws.
