RBI – Inter-Operability Among Prepaid Payment Instruments ("PPIs")

The RBI has decided to allow interoperability among PPIs (issued
in the form of wallets) through Unified Payments Interface.
The RBI, however, has incorporated a rider that the facility
will be allowed only for KYC compliant users.
