On 4th March 2015, Controller General of Patents, Designs &
Trade Marks published DRAFT GUIDELINES FOR SEARCH AND EXAMINATION
OF PATENT APPLICATIONS inviting comments/suggestions on the same to
be sent to the office of CGPDTM by 25th March 2015 by e-mail. The
aim of the draft guidelines is to include all areas of technology
and reflect the office practice so as to achieve greater
transparency in its working procedure.
